Return Process

  Visit our online portal or contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and, if possible, keep the original packaging to protect the piece during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our logistics partners will contact you to schedule a convenient time to pick up the furniture directly from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
