What materials do you use in your furniture?
We prioritize sustainable, high-quality materials including FSC-certified wood, natural latex, and OEKO-TEX certified fabrics to ensure your home is both beautiful and healthy.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most of our handcrafted pieces have a lead time of 6 to 10 weeks. Shipping times vary by location, but you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for most furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space. We offer a 30-day trial period on all standard items. If it's not the right fit, you can return it for a refund, minus a restocking fee.
Can I order fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering our free swatch kits to see how our colors and textures look in your home's unique lighting before placing a full order.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
Every Medley piece comes with a comprehensive warranty, including a lifetime guarantee on frames and springs, and a 5-year warranty on cushions and fabric integrity.
